In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
(1) Everything in the heavens and the earth praises God. He's the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
(2) O you who believe! Why do you say things you don't do?
(3) It upsets God when you talk about stuff you don't follow through on.
(4) God likes it when people stand up for His cause like they're building a strong, united team.
(5) Remember when Moses told his people, "O my people! Why do you hurt me when you know I'm God's messenger?" But when they went off track, God made their hearts go off track, too. God doesn't guide rebellious people.
(6) Also, think about when Jesus, son of Mary, told the Children of Israel, "I'm God's messenger to you, confirming what came before me and telling you about a messenger named Ahmad to come after me." But when he showed them miracles, they said, "This is clear magic."
(7) And who's worse than someone who makes up lies about God when they're invited to follow Islam, God's Way? God doesn't guide people who do wrong.
(8) They want to put out God's light with their words, but God will perfect His light and make it shine no matter what, even if the disbelievers don't like it.
(9) God sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to make it the best, even though idolaters don't like it.
(10) O you who believe! Want to know about a trade that'll save you from a painful punishment?
(11) Believe in God and His Messenger, and work for God with your money and yourselves. It's better for you if you know.
(12) God will forgive your mistakes and let you into beautiful gardens with rivers flowing underneath and cozy homes in the Gardens of Eden. That's the ultimate success.
(13) You'll also get help from God, a sweet victory, and good news if you're a believer.
(14) O you who believe! Support God, just like Jesus' disciples did when he asked, "Who are my supporters toward God?" They replied, "We are." Some of the Children of Israel believed, and some didn't. But God helped those who believed against their enemies, and they succeeded.
