In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
(1) By the strong winds blowing,
(2) And clouds pouring down rain.
(3) By the ships sailing smoothly on the sea.
(4) And by the angels carrying out God's commands without delay.
(5) What you were promised will come true, no doubt.
(6) The Day of Judgment is indeed coming.
(7) And by the heavens with its amazing design!
(8) You're having different thoughts regarding the truth.
(9) Those who don't follow it lose their way.
(10) Liars are cursed for what they say.
(11) Those who are caught up in confusion and misunderstandings.
(12) They mockingly ask, "When is Judgment Day?"
(13) It's the Day they'll feel the pain of the Fire.
(14) They'll be told, "Taste the pain you rushed to get."
(15) Indeed, the righteous are in gardens and springs,
(16) They get what God has promised them. They were good people.
(17) They used to sleep just a little at night.
(18) They prayed for forgiveness before the morning light.
(19) They shared their wealth with the beggars and those in need,
(20) There are countless signs on Earth for those who firmly believe.
(21) And signs within yourselves, can't you see?
(22) You'll get what you were meant to receive in heaven.
(23) By the Lord of the Earth and the Sky. This is as certain as the fact that you can speak!
(24) Have you heard of Abraham and his honored guests?
(25) They entered and greeted him with "Peace!" He responded, "Peace be to you too!" Then he thought, "These folks are new to me."
(26) Afterward, he quietly went to his family and fetched a large, roasted calf.
(27) When they didn't eat, he got scared. But they calmed him down, saying, "Don't be afraid," and told him he was having a knowledgeable son.
(28) His wife's surprise, her face turned red.
(29) Then his wife stepped up, shocked. She slapped her face and said, "A baby from a woman who couldn't have kids, and she's old!"
(30) The guests replied, "That's what God wants. He's Wise and knows everything.”
(31) Afterward, Abraham wondered, "What are you here for, O messengers?"
(32) They answered, "We're sent to deal with some evil folks,
(33) We'll shower them with stones of baked clay,
(34) marked by your Lord for those who disobey.”
(35) Then, before the punishment struck, We rescued the believers from the city.
(36) But We only found one family that had submitted to God.
(37) And We left a sign as a lesson for those who fear the painful punishment.
(38) And remember the story of Moses. He went to Pharaoh with a message so clear,
(39) But he turned away with his chiefs and said, "He's either a magician or crazy!"
(40) God grabbed him and his soldiers and threw them into the sea because he deserved it.
(41) Remember A'ad? We sent a mighty wind against them.
(42) This wind turned everything it touched into dust, leaving nothing behind.
(43) Now think about Thamud. They were told, "Enjoy life for a while."
(44) But they went against their Lord's command, and a lightning bolt struck them while they watched.
(45) They couldn't stand up, and no help came to them.
(46) Even before all this, the people of Noah were living a sinful life.
(47) We created the vast heavens with great power, and We're still expanding them!
(48) And We spread out the earth, We're the best at it!
(49) We created pairs from everything so you can think about it.
(50) So, flee to God! I'm here to warn you clearly on His behalf.
(51) Don't make up another god besides God. I'm also warning you clearly from Him.
(52) Whenever messengers came to people before, they called them "magicians" or "crazy."
(53) Did they agree on this? No, they were just being rebellious.
(54) So, ignore them; it's not your fault.
(55) And remind others. Indeed, the reminder is good for believers.
(56) I created jinn and humans to worship Me, nothing else.
(57) I don't need their food or provisions.
(58) Indeed, God is the Provider and has great power.
(59) Those who disbelieve will face punishment like before them. Don't rush it.
(60) So, woe to those who don't believe in the Day they've been warned about.
