In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
(1) God's command is coming, so don't rush it. He is Praised and High above anything others connect to Him in worship!
(2) He sends angels to deliver His messages to those He chooses, saying, "There's Only One God, so worship Me and fear Me alone."
(3) He created the heavens and the earth for a purpose. He's greater than anything people worship besides Him.
(4) He created the human being from a tiny drop, but the human chooses to be against Him.
(5) God made animals like cows, sheep, and more for you. They give you cozy clothes and tasty food.
(6) There's a special joy in having them with you, especially when you bring them home and let them graze in the open field.
(7) They help you carry heavy stuff, making it easier to go places that are hard to reach. God is Caring and Gentle.
(8) And horses, donkeys, and other animals to ride and enjoy, and God creates things you don't know about.
(9) It's up to God to guide the Right Way. Any other way is the wrong way. If He wants, He can guide you all.
(10) He sends rain from the sky. It gives you water to drink and makes the land green for animals to graze.
(11) He uses it to grow crops like olives, dates, grapes, and other tasty fruits. That's a sign for those who think.
(12) God made the day, night, the sun, moon, and stars. They all follow His command. It's a sign for those who use their minds.
(13) The things He created on earth come in many colors. That's a sign for those who pay attention.
(14) He made the sea for you to catch fresh fish and find precious things. Ships sail on it, helping you get what you need; perhaps you will be thankful.
(15) God placed firm mountains so the earth does not shake with you, as well as rivers and roads. These guide you along the way.
(16) He gave you landmarks and even stars to find your path.
(17) Is the One Who creates the same as the one who can't create anything? Think about it!
(18) And if you were to try counting all the good things God has done for you, you'd find it impossible. God is Forgiving and Merciful.
(19) God knows all your secrets, even those you keep hidden.
(20) The things they pray to instead of God can't create anything while they, themselves, were created.
(21) Those things are dead and clueless, and they don’t know when they'll be brought back to life.
(22) Your God is the One and Only God. Those who don't believe in what comes after this life are just being stubborn and proud.
(23) God knows for sure what they hide. He does not like those who are proud.
(24) When asked, "What has your Lord sent down?" They say, "Old stories."
(25) But on Judgment Day, they'll have to carry all the wrongs they've done and some of the wrongs they led others into. That's a heavy load.
(26) Indeed, people who lived before them also made evil plans, but God destroyed their buildings from the bottom, and the roof fell on them. Their punishment surprised them.
(27) On Judgment Day, God will put them to shame and ask, "Where are the gods you thought were as great as Me, causing all that trouble among you?" Those who know better will say, "The non-believers will face shame and suffering today."
(28) Angels will take away the souls of those who did wrong to themselves, and they'll say, "We weren't doing anything bad." But God, Who knows everything, tells them, "Yes indeed. God knows what you did."
(29) It will be said, “Enter Hell forever.” Indeed, what a terrible home for the proud!
(30) Those who feared God will be asked, "What did your Lord send you?" They'll say, "Good things." Great things are ahead in the next life for those who do good here. Indeed, the good life is for the good people. How awesome is the Home of the righteous!
(31) Gardens that never end, with rivers flowing underneath. They get whatever they want. That's how God rewards the good folks who are mindful of Him.
(32) Angels will welcome pure and kind people with "Peace be with you. Enter the Garden because of the good you used to do.”
(33) Are they waiting for the angels to show up or for your Lord's command? The people before them acted the same way. God didn't mistreat them; they hurt themselves.
(34) The bad things they did returned to hurt them, and what they made fun of caught up with them.
(35) The idol worshippers say, "If God wanted, we and our ancestors would've worshipped Him alone, and we would've stayed away from what He prohibited." The people before them said the same thing. The messengers just had to deliver a clear message.
(36) We sent a messenger to every community, saying, "Worship God and stay away from idols." Some listened and were guided by God, but others didn't and got lost. So, travel the world and see what happens to those who reject God.
(37) Even if you want to help them find the Right Way, remember that God won't guide those who have gone astray, and they won't have anyone to rescue them.
(38) Some people make solemn promises, swearing that God won't bring the dead back to life. But it's a promise that God can and will keep. Sadly, many people don't realize this.
(39) God clarifies these disagreements to show that those who reject the truth lie.
(40) Whenever We want something to happen, all We say is, "Be," and it is.
(41) Those who migrated for the sake of God after facing injustice, We will reward them in this world and even more in the afterlife if they only knew.
(42) Those who are patient and trust in their Lord.
(43) God has sent people before you whom He inspired with knowledge. If you, Pagans, need to know something, ask those who received the message.
(44) We gave them clear signs and the scriptures. And We gave you, O Prophet, the Reminder to help you explain to people what was revealed to them. Maybe they'll think about it.
(45) Do those who plan evil deeds think God won’t make the ground crumble beneath them? Or that punishment won't surprise them from unexpected places?
(46) Or that He can't snatch them while they wander? They won't be able to stop it.
(47) Or that He won’t punish them slowly and make them scared? Your Lord is Kind and Merciful.
(48) Have they ever noticed what God created? See how they bow in complete surrender, their shadows shifting from right to left.
(49) Everything in the heavens and the earth, every living being, including angels, bows down to God without arrogance.
(50) They fear their Lord above them and follow His commands.
(51) God said, “Don’t take two gods. There's Only One God, so be mindful of Me."
(52) Everything in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him, and obedience should be to Him. Do you want to show deep respect to someone other than God?
(53) Every blessing you have comes from God; when you're in trouble, you turn to Him for help.
(54) But when God removes your troubles, some associate others with their Lord.
(55) They show ingratitude for what God has given them. So, enjoy your life and have fun. You will come to know.
(56) Some people give away some of what they have to fake gods who know nothing. You'll have to answer for making up such stories.
(57) They even claim that God has daughters, and they can have whatever they want. Glory be to Him.
(58) And when one of them hears that a girl is born to him, his face darkens, and he chokes because he's ashamed.
(59) He hides from people because of this bad news. Should he keep her in shame or bury her in the dirt? Indeed, their choices are messed up.
(60) Those who don't believe in life after this one set a terrible example. But God sets the most excellent example. He's the All-Powerful, the All-Wise.
(61) If God were to judge everyone for their mistakes right away, no one would be left on earth. But He gives them time. When the time's up, it won't be delayed or sped up even by an hour.
(62) They say God has daughters, but they don't like that for themselves and tell lies about them getting great rewards. But in reality, they'll end up in the Fire, where they will be left all alone.
(63) By God, We have sent messengers to people before you, but Satan made their evil deeds look attractive to them. So, today, he's their master, and they're in for a painful punishment.
(64) And We've given you this Book only to clear up the arguments and offer guidance and mercy to those who believe.
(65) God sends rain from the sky to make the dead land green again. That's a sign for those who listen.
(66) And indeed, you have a lesson in cattle: We give you a drink from inside their bellies, between digested food and blood: pure milk, delicious to drink.
(67) You make delicious and healthy juice from grapes and dates. There's a sign in there for people who understand.
(68) God told bees: "Make your homes in mountains, trees, and whatever people build."
(69) Eat different fruits and follow God's paths carefully." A colorful syrup comes out of their bellies that can heal people. It's a sign for those who use their minds.
(70) God created you; one day, He'll take you back. Some people get old and forget everything they know. Indeed, God knows everything, and He's All-Powerful.
(71) God has given some of you more than others regarding wealth. But some of you don't share what they have with those bondspeople who work for them, making them their equals. Is this how they thank God for His blessings?
(72) God has made spouses for you from your own kind. Through them, He blessed you with kids and grandkids. He also gave you wonderful things. Will you ignore the truth and be unthankful of God's kindness?
(73) But instead of God, they worship weak idols who can't give them any food from the heavens or the earth.
(74) So don't compare anything to God because there's nothing like Him. God knows everything, and you don't.
(75) Here's an example from God: a person who is like a servant and can't do anything on his own and someone whom We have given a lot of gifts and shares it secretly and openly. Are they the same? All praise goes to God, but most people don't get it.
(76) God gives an example of two guys: one is dumb and can't do anything right for his boss. It just doesn't work out, no matter what he's asked to do. Is he anything like the guy who believes in doing what's right and stays on the Straight Path?
(77) God knows everything about the heavens and the earth. Bringing the Hour would only take the blink of an eye or even less. God is in control of everything.
(78) God brought you from your mother's belly, not knowing anything. But He gave you the ability to hear, see, and think so you can be grateful.
(79) Have they noticed how birds soar high in the sky? No one holds them up except God. These are signs for those who believe.
(80) And God made homes for you to live in. And when you go on trips or camping, you use lightweight tents made from animal skins. Furniture and other long-lasting items can also be crafted from their wool, fur, and hair.
(81) God gave you shades to protect you from what He created. He sheltered you in mountains, clothes to keep you cozy in different temperatures, and armor to keep you safe in battles. This is how He perfects His blessings upon you so you may submit to Him.
(82) But if some people don't listen, your duty is to pass on the message.
(83) They know God has blessed them, but they act like it's not true. Most of them don't believe.
(84) When God brings forward a witness from every group on Judgment Day, those who don't believe won't get a chance to argue or make excuses.
(85) When wrongdoers see their punishment, it won't be eased or delayed.
(86) And when idol-worshipers see their idols, they'll say, "Our Lord! These are our gods; we worshiped them alongside You." But their idols will tell them, "Certainly, you're lying."
(87) On that special Day, they'll fully submit to God, and all their fake gods will abandon them.
(88) Those who disbelieve and try to stop others from following His path will face even more punishment because of the sins they did.
(89) Imagine the Day when We raise a witness from each community to testify and bring you to speak up against them. We gave you the Book, explaining everything — offering guidance, mercy, and good news to those who submit.
(90) God wants you to be fair, kind, and generous to your family. Don't do anything wrong, be unfair, or hurt others. He's guiding you to make good choices and learn from advice.
(91) Always keep your promise to God when you make a promise, and don't break it after you've made it, especially when you've called on God as a guarantor. God knows what you do.
(92) Don't be like the woman who ruins her woven fabric after it was good. Avoid using oaths to trick others and side with a stronger group. God is testing you in this way. He will clear up all your arguments on Judgment Day.
(93) If God wanted, He could have made everyone follow the same religion, but He lets people choose their path and guides whoever He wants. You'll be asked about what you used to do.
(94) Don't mislead each other with your oaths, or your feet will slip after being firm, and you'll have to deal with the bad outcomes of leading people away from God's Path. You will suffer a tremendous punishment.
(95) Don't trade your covenant with God for something small. What God has in store for you is always the best if you realize it.
(96) What you have in this world will end eventually, but what God has lasts forever. Those who are patient and do good will be rewarded according to their deeds.
(97) Anyone, male or female, who does good deeds and believes they will have a good life will be rewarded for their deeds.
(98) When you read the Quran, seek protection from Satan, the outcast.
(99) Satan has no power over those who believe and trust in their Lord.
(100) He only controls those who follow Him and, influenced by Him, join others with God in worship.
(101) When We replace one verse with another, and God knows what He sends down, some people say, "O Prophet, you're just making it all up." But the truth is, most of them don't get it.
(102) Say, "The Holy Spirit has brought this down from your Lord to support the believers and guide those who submit."
(103) We know that some people say, "A human being is teaching the Prophet." But the language they're talking about is different, and this Quran is written in clear Arabic tongue.
(104) Those who ignore God's messages, He won't show them the Right Way, and they will end up facing a painful punishment.
(105) People who reject God's signs make up lies. They're the liars.
(106) If someone stops believing in God after believing, except if they're forced but still believe in their heart, then God's anger will be on those who willingly choose not to believe, and they'll face harsh punishment.
(107) This happens because they chose this life over the afterlife, and God doesn't guide those who don’t believe.
(108) God closed off their hearts, ears, and eyes. They're unaware.
(109) In the end, they're the ones who'll lose out in the afterlife.
(110) But your Lord indeed forgives and is Merciful to those who've left their homes because they were forced to give up their beliefs, fought for God's sake, and stayed patient.
(111) When Judgment Day arrives, everyone will stand up for themselves, each one will be rewarded for their deeds, and no one will be mistreated.
(112) God gives an example of a once safe and calm city. It had plenty of everything it needed, but the people didn't appreciate what God gave them. So, God let them experience hunger and fear due to their actions.
(113) A messenger came to them from among themselves, but they rejected him and faced punishment for doing wrong.
(114) So, eat from the good and lawful things God has for you. Be grateful for God's blessings if you're genuinely worshiping Him.
(115) God has said not to eat dead animals, blood, pig meat, or anything sacrificed to someone other than God. But if you have no choice and need to eat it out of necessity, and don't mean to disobey, God is Forgiving and Merciful.
(116) Don't make things up, saying, "This is fine to eat, and that's not allowed." Indeed, making up lies and pretending they're from God won't bring success to those who do it.
(117) They will have a little fun but then have a painful punishment.
(118) What's forbidden for Jews was already said to you. We didn't do them wrong. They did it to themselves.
(119) Those who do wrongs because they didn't know any better but then apologize and work on becoming better, God is Forgiving and Merciful.
(120) Certainly! Abraham was a great example of someone who strongly believed in God, followed Only One God, and didn't worship idols.
(121) He was always grateful for God's blessings. God chose him and showed him the Right Path.
(122) God rewarded him in this life, and he'll be among the righteous in the Hereafter.
(123) We've sent you a message: "Follow the faith of Abraham, the believer. He never worshipped idols."
(124) The Sabbath was a rule for those who disagreed. Your Lord will settle their disagreements on Judgment Day.
(125) When inviting others to your Lord's Way, be wise, kind, and have respectful discussions. Your Lord knows those who go astray and those who find guidance.
(126) If someone hurts you, you can choose to get back at them, but only to the same extent as they hurt you. However, being patient and not seeking revenge is even better for those who can wait.
(127) So, stay patient; your patience comes from God. Don't get upset or stressed by their plots.
(128) God is with those who are mindful of Him and do good things.
